About Zirconia

Zirconia ceramic parts are new materials in machinery manufacturing industry. It is the main oxide of zirconium, which is usually white, odorless and tasteless crystal. It is an important high temperature resistant material and the main raw material for synthetic diamonds.

Zirconia is common in everyday life. It is used in ceramic products and has good mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity and high toughness at room temperature.

Characteristics of ZrO2 Shaft Core

① High Speed

It has the advantages of cold resistance, small elasticity in stress area, high pressure resistance, strong thermal conductivity, light weight and low friction coefficient. It can be used for high speed spindle from 12000 RPM to 75000 RPM and other high precision equipment.

② High Temperature Resistance

Use temperature between 1000-1200℃, not due to the temperature difference and expansion. Can be used in furnaces, plastic manufacturing, steel manufacturing and other high temperature equipment.

③ Corrosion Resistance

The material itself has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, can be applied to strong acid, strong alkali, inorganic and organic salt, sea water and other fields. Such as electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery, shipbuilding, medical equipment, etc.

④ Antimagnetic

Because there is no magnetism, no vacuuming, can reduce the shaft fall off in advance, loud noise and other problems. Suitable for degaussing equipment. Precision instruments and other fields.

Because of the high resistance, can protect shaft from arc damage, can be used in a variety of electrical equipment requiring insulation.
