▼ What is a ceramic  sensor

Ceramic sensor is a sensor made of fine ceramic materials. Ceramic materials include polycrystalline sintered bodies, thick films and thin films of oxides, carbides, nitrides, sulfides and their composite compounds. It is a recognized material with high elasticity, resistance to corrosion, wear, impact and vibration.

▼ Advantages of ceramic sensors

Ceramic sensor has advantages that traditional metal sensor lacks and can make up for the work environment that metal sensor is not competent for.

Not affected by temperature Ceramic material is almost not affected by the effect of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the formation of pressure gauge and absolute sensor is not filled with oil, so it does not exist due to liquid thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by error.
High voltage overload capability The measurement range of the ceramic sensor depends on the thickness of the ceramic diaphragm, so when the sensor encounters beyond its load condition, based on the substrate support with the diaphragm itself, the main product will not cause permanent damage.
Zero error caused by no “memory” effect Because of its structure and micro-motion characteristics, ceramic sensor can return to the original position after a reasonable range of pressure or even beyond a reasonable range of values, which improves the repeatability of the transmitter output.
